What information do I need to give you to prepare my website?
Once your account has been provisioned, you will receive an email detailing step-by-step what's needed to get your site going. Typical information includes any text (copy) that you want on your site, any images you wish displayed and any contact information necessary for your visitors to contact you.
What if I don't have images (pictures, illustrations) for my website?
You can choose to keep the images already in the template you select, and/or use any image in any of our other templates. If you require different images than what we have available, we will attempt to find you royalty free images on stock image websites.
How long before my site will be completed?
Every project will vary depending upon the size and complexity of the web site. The quantity of pages in the web site, online stores, as well as custom layouts and programming work will all impact the length of the development. Once we have collected all content required to build your online web site, we will assign you a designer who will contact you to set a date for the first draft of your web site.
What do I need to do to update my site?

What if I do not like the design of my site once you have finished?
You are allowed one revision (selecting a different template) in the design stage of your site. Once the "Beta" version of your site has been uploaded for approval, you can view the site and make any changes or recommendations you wish and our web site coordinators will complete the work request.
How can I add "keywords and meta-tags" to my site?

7. Site Revision
You present us with any revisions needed on your website. All other revisions therafter will fall within the monthly maintenance included in your package.
8. Web Site Goes Live
Upon approval that your one-time revisions have been completed to your satisfaction, your website will be pushed “live”.
